Jennifer Minai-Azary, CPA

Ms. Minai-Azary joined Context in November 2021 as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. She brings more than 25 years of finance and accounting experience and has spent the past decade leading finance teams within the life sciences industry. Ms. Minai-Azary also serves on the board of directors of KAHR Medical Ltd., a clinical stage company developing immune recruiting therapies to treat cancer. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Minai-Azary served as Chief Financial Officer of Millendo Therapeutics, now Tempest Therapeutics, a publicly-traded biopharmaceutical company. She also served as Vice President, Finance, as well as in other finance roles, at Millendo where she was responsible for the financial reporting, accounting, treasury, tax, and risk management functions. While at Millendo, she played a key role in several financing transactions and company mergers. Before that, she served as Director, Technical Accounting at PAREXEL International. Ms. Minai-Azary began her career at Ernst & Young and held positions of increasing responsibility where she managed financial statement audits for publicly-traded and privately-held clients within a variety of industries.

Ms. Minai-Azary holds a Master of Accounting and a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan.
